Character Description: Bugsy
Bugsy is yet another one of the many gym leaders in the series. Bugsy trains Bug-Type Pokemon and, unlike Misty, he gets along well with them. Bugsy discovered the move Fury Cutter, an attack that gets stronger the longer the battle goes on. He also gives you the Hive Badge in G/S/C.
Bugsy is in fact male, despite the fact that fans believe he is a girl. In the manga, Gold (Yoshi) asks Bugsy for a date, not knowing he is a male.
Bugsy is the youngest of the eight Johto leaders. Not only is he the youngest of the Johto Leaders, he is also one of the smartest, hoping to become the Authority on Bug Pokemon.
However, not much is known about him, because he only appears on one episode.
