Character Description: Flareon
Flareon is one of the seven evolutions of Eevee. Flareon evolves using a Fire Stone.
Flareon has an advantage against Grass, Ice, Bug, and Steel, and a disadvantage against Fire, Water, Rock, and Dragon.
When storing thermal energy in its body, Flareon's temperature could soar to over 1600 degrees. Flareon's fluffy fur has a functional purpose - it releases heat into the air so that its body does not get excessively hot.
Flareon's attacks depend on the version it's in. It can learn one move in Gold/Silver, and a completely different one in Fire Red/Leaf Green/Blue/Yellow.
Flareon is the only one of the 5 evolutions that looks exactly like Eevee.
Note: Since Eevee is mostly boys, this Pokemon also appears as mostly boys, but the girl Flareons can be sometimes seen in the game.
In German, Flareon is called Flamara.
