It is sixteen years in the future, and because of a vocal few, obscene language has been officially banned in Japan, with violators going to jail! The situation has gotten so bad that citizens have to wear special devices around their necks which analyze their very words and gestures in order not to get in trouble with the law!
Tanukichi Okuma, a young boy who had graduated from middle school with the most pathetic morals score in history (and as well as his father was once an infamous profanity terrorist), has enrolled in an elite morals school, mainly to help clean-up his act, but also to follow an old flame that's the student council's president. However, he is captured and blackmailed with his father's sordid past into joining SOX, an infamous morals terrorist organization. Now with the organization's panty-masked leader (and the student council's vice president) Ayame Kajo, Tanukichi is forced to paint the town blue with all sorts of pornography and lewd language!
