Anime Profile: SSSS.Gridman

Based on the classic Tokkatsatsu series from the 90's "Hyper Agent Gridman," (Which came out here under the Americanized "Superhuman Samurai Syber Squad.") SSSS.GRIDMAN continues the story in animated form and tells of a young man named Yuta, who one day wakes up with no memory of what happened prior. As he tries to piece together what happened with his friends, he is mysteriously called by a being named Gridman from an old computer. He soon discovers the city is being attacked by massive Kaiju! Merging with Gridman, he gains the power to take on the Kaiju and protect the city. However, Yuta and his friends discover that the Kaiju attacks may not be random accidents, and leads to a horrifying mystery that may unravel the very nature of reality itself....
