Character Description: Tesse
Tesse first appears in Tenchi Universe Episodes #24-25, "No Need For Ryoko" and "No Need For A Showdown". He's the good Juraian knight, Kamidake's evil counterpart and protector of Kagato #2. He seems to like to fight just for the fun of it and can use attacks like Jurai's Needle.
