Jerry is an older British gentleman and he is some sort of Charlie in Charlie's Angels type, but the only difference is that Jerry reveals his face to the spies. He's the one who is responsible for briefing the missions and giving gadgets to the spies.
Jerry has a twin brother, Terence, who is a villain in the show.
