Character Description: Count Brocken
Count Brocken was one of Dr. Hell's lieutenants, introduced after Baron Ashura's several failures. Brocken was a former Nazi soldier, who was killed in a car accident and lost his head. Thanks to Dr. Hell fixing him up, he is still alive. He was killed along with Dr. Hell when Mazinger attacked his vehicle.
