Character Description: Hatoko Kobayashi
Hatoko Kobayashi is 5 years old, and attends the Eriol Kindergarten. She is the baby sister of Kotaro Kobayashi. Hatoko is an expert at Angelic Layer, which is why her nickname is the Godess of Victory.
Her Angel is Suzuka, the speed of light (nicknamed Lightspeed Susuka). Hatoko was the first to beat Misaki, however she was beat by Sai in the finals. A very good friend to Misaki, she is wise beyond her years.
Hatoko is the first person that Misaki loses to in battles, and she is just five years old.
