Character Description: Chiba Tsunemi
Chiba is an energetic ramen chef-in-training. Ryuusuke, in the hopes of starting a band, comes to one of his baseball games to persuade him to be the singer. After a fight over money owed, Chiba agrees.
Chiba had been bullied as a kid, so he took up self-defense. He goes to the same high school as Koyuki, and thus has been able to get him out of a few messes. Chiba is also has the top grades in his class.
Chiba's favourite band is Generation 69.
