Character Description: Conrad
Conrad is one of the five God Hands. The five God Hands are the back bone to Griffith's evil change and they also put the Demon Calling mark on people who demons are allowed to eat (creepy, huh?).
This guy just floats around with his hands clasped in front of him saying "Ho ho ho" a lot, but doesn't do too much. You never learn about his background either.
