Character Description: Hinoki Sai
Hinoki was born during the fall of 1989 C.E. In the year of 2002 C.E., Hinoki's parents, both who happened to be university professors, and brother Mario were lost and said to be killed during their exploration of the Ajanta Caves in India as part of a paleontological investigation.
Hinoki has psychic abilities, much like her father, Doctor Mikio Sai . Hinoki is first introduced to the series when she had just transferred to Kamome High School in the year of 2006 C.E. At this time, Hinoki is still struggling to cope with the loss of her immediate family, thus she is apt to episodes of depression and suffers from lack of self-esteem.
Although Hinoki is a person who keeps to herself, she is nevertheless immediately popular with her schoolmates.
