Character Profile: Hyoma Aoi

The hot-blooded leader of the team, dressed in red. Hyoma is an avid motorcyclist and speed freak. He pilots the Battle Jet, which forms the head of Combattler V. After Garuda destroys his arms, he gets cybernetic replacements.

Hyouma is an passionate and hot-blooded young man. Despite being extremely impulsive and impatient at times, he is willing to understand the feelings and concern of other people. He also cares about the well-being of those around him and his loved ones, especially Chizuru Nanbara, whom he loves deeply. Hyouma is very dedicated when it comes to spreading justice, when he berates Sandrat for his laziness.

An avid motorcyclist and speed freak, Hyoma likes anything that relates to piloting and racing, which is the main reason for him to be a suitable leader for the Battle team. He and Chizuru also eventually develop feelings for each other and become a couple at the end of the series.
