Character Description: Neiz
Neizu is one of Cooler's men. He and his team show a parody of the Ginyu Force intro "dance". He fights Kakarot with his team. He also shows the ability of a turtle to hide his head inside his body (after Cooler used the energy beam and it nearly hit Neizu's head).
When Piccolo kills Doore, Neizu used his special move, however Piccolo tricked him and Neizu died from his own attack.
