Description: Emergency Takeoff Saver Kids
Discover Anime @ AbsoluteAnime.comKyatto Ninden TeyandeIn the not-too-distant future, people are living in peace thanks to the benefits of highly developed robot technology. However, the Scrap Squad led by Dr. Bug begins to wreak havoc on the Earth. The company that stands up to crush his ambitions is the Pukarin Company, a long-established robot development and rental company run by the Tenjinbayashi family. The "Saver Kids," a rescue team made up of children, gets in the way of Dr. Bug's plans.
Created by Monkey Punch of Lupin the Third fame, the series pairs its rescue-of-the-week action with broad family comedy. The Saver Kids themselves are the three Tenjinbayashi children: eldest brother Ken, who pilots the ground-going Carrier Saver; youngest brother Gou, who takes to the air in the Sky Saver; and their karate-trained sister Ran. Backing them up are grandfather Matsugorou, the family's chief robot designer, company head Takeo, and formidable matriarch Umeko. Their nemesis Dr. Bug, decked out like a WWII-era officer, proves more blusterer than menace, forever let down by a Scrap Squad of only two robots: the squat silver Omega and the lanky golden Epsilon.
