Character Description: Cid Kagenou
Cid felt that he would never reach the potential of defeating a nuclear bomb and ends up becoming one in an other world. We have here Cid Kagenou who realizes the fact that chuunibyou is the ultimate truth and adults growing out of it are just people who have given up their fantasies. He has his own organization of female leaders called Shadow Garden, where he knowingly spouts some random stuff which the people in the organization believe and somehow it ends up becoming true. Mann has the ultimate isekai fantasies which he effortlessly acts out in both his personalities (Shadow and Cid Kagenou)
