Character Description: The Great Will of the Macrocosm
Whenever things get really F'd up in the storyline of Excel Saga (like, say, Excel getting killled), the Great Will of the Macrocosm steps in to reset things: like a handy "rewind button" for when the story would otherwise stop short of the obligatory 26 episodes. She seems to get awfully busy at times, since she also seems to hate excessive death, though there are also times when she'll lay back and have some fun, and she seems to have taken a liking to Pedro lately (to his constant nightmares).
