I've read dozens of manga (literally) that I can suggest but it all comes down to what you like.

For comedy....Ouran Highschool Host Club, Bloddy Kiss (mainly shoujo), One Pound Gospel, Demon Diary, ect, ect. Tell me if you want more.
For +18 comedy there's Bokura no Futatsu no Tsubasa, My Balls (lol, trust the title, it's funny), ect.

My specialty is comedy, shoujo and horror, but I can even get you download sites to dozens of diferent manga and I have loads of suggestions. (Yeah, yeah, I do have a lot of free time...lol, no I don't i'm just obcessed

)

my balls is good. I'd recommend either Excel Saga or Berserk, but sgt. frog is good if you like parody.
