That's true. I think I'd be cool to see Bleach end showing ten years into the future when Ichigo and Rukia have kids and Uyru and Orihime. And. . .Chad and Chizuru XDD.
They'll age eventually. Ichigo turned 16 just before the Soul Society arc, so Karin and Yuzu have to turn 12 eventually. Then 13 etc

According to a trivia on Anime News Network, the characters in Bleach never age. It is said that they stay 15 throughout the enitre series. I know thats weird, but hey its just an anime. There are many anime characters that don't age. Naruto is an exception, and honestly, I find that when characters do age, the story isn't as good. I find the first Naruto series better then Naruto Shippuuden. But then, I honestly like other anime more than either of the two. But in my opinion, Bleach is better.
As for the prettiest girl in Bleach I think Yoruichi is the prettiest. Rukia is just adorable, and Orihime defintly has the girly-girl thing going on. As for Tatsuki, \\I think she's cute, but I can't really say pretty. And I'm sorry for whoever likes Yuzu, but I don't think she's gonna age.

She isn't in the anime yet but we've seen her a few times in the manga, I eagerly await her fight with Ichigo, since she is one of the strongest Espada (lower the number the stronger they are. she's either 1, 2, or 3) we haven't seen her fight yet.
