Anyway, yes she is. She looks for Kaname to ask him how he found her and why he saved her when she was a kid and he refuses to tell her, instead he asks her to become his lover. Once that happens he bites her to return her memories and turns out they are brother and sister and were meant to be married ever since Yuuki was born (to preserve the pure blood). Their mom died to save Yuuki and remove her memories and turn her human so nobody would find her except Kaname. It's somewhere in the 30's chapters I think...Chapter 35-37 if I'm not mistaken....I'll check and tell you.

I thought Yuuki and Kaname looked so much alike it was REALLY creepy but I just blew it off as shojo artists like to do those sorts of things. do yuuki really was a vampire and she's supposed to do her brother to preserve the pure blood line...interesting...

Anyway, yes she is Kaname's little sister and they are supposed to marry for that reason (their parents were also brother and sister).
And I think only Shizuka's blood could save Zero...But anyway Zero already drank Kaname's blood to help him. XDDD Great scene!!!!
