I saw that. It's a bad thing. If EA takes over Take-Two, then we'll see things like GTA 2009, GTA 2010, GTA 2011, etc.

Ew, EA? I don't much care for EA, the repackaging of basically the same freakin' sports games every year throws me off.

If by chance the bid goes through EA will hold all the sports games since 2K is part of T2.... They will also get their grimmy little mits on Bioshock.... The date got changed due to the share holder meeting is going to be late.... It's now April 19.

Well, EA did make Crysis, which made Bioshock look like Medal of Honor Underground. I'm not sure if that was EAs first FPS, but regardless, they did a lot right, and I can't imagine them screwing up Bioshock (Didnt really like Bioshock all that much anyways >.<).

As for the sports aspect, I don't play a whole lot of sports games, so I'll let that up to the rest of you.

Actually, EA only published Crysis. It was developed (made) by Crytek. Thus, Crysis is not proof that EA can make good games.

I don't mind EA... they brought back the CnC tiberium universe... long live kane ^_^

they also had quite a good run with their LOTR series games... when i was a huge rts fan (and could micro and Macro like crazy) EA wasn't bad for gaming...
