How has a normal user made a Global Announcement O.o?

No, they asked permission before posting this, so I made it a global announcement. I do not know if it is legit or not, however, so just keep that in mind before donating anything.

Ths is a legit mission to send anime to troops overseas. I just signed another one up last night (we want to get as may troops as possilbr to sign up so pass the word around). Do not worry responding to the email DOES NOT obligate you to anything, we will sign folk up ONLY if they agree to, then we match you up to a GI that you may send care packages of anime to.
