I see some resemblance but not much
The Hair is quite different and so are the eyes

i dont think they look alike. when i first saw the anime and the people in the show were saying how much they looked like eachother, i just didnt see it. i still dont see it

I can't see they look alike:

Kikyo has other eyes (a bit more Japanese while Kagome's are just the standard eyes)

Kikyo has other hair

But Kagome is just a reincarnation, she's not Kikyo herself

It seems a few people think that they're different, but the similarity I see is the color of the hair and that's about it.
