The Skull Servant deck is something of a joke, its really just a Last Turn/Jowgen deck but i put in the Skull Servants so when i beat my friend with it i can bug him that he lost to Skull Servants.

Yes, ideally id creature swap a level 5 monster and metamorphosis it into a Dark Balter for his effects.

That's not bad. If I can make a suggestion, maybe he should consider putting one or two Magician of Faith in to help with the Magic Card department. She comes in handy with Polymerization. Just a suggestion.

Once again, this just looks thrown together. You have way too many Sacrifice Monsters in there and the Selection is nothing to brag about.
You need to get rid of some of those 5 Star and over monsters.
