how do i edit/manage my ignore list and diss alow contact list?

look down at the bottom of your post and you'll see 3 smilies you'll find out from there

It's easier to go to the area where you can edit you profile. Just click profile near the top of the screen. Scroll down the page, and on your right side, there will be a link saying 'manage contacts'
