Well, I'm a guy, but I'm a huge fan of Akamatsu's work like Love Hina, A.I. Love You, and, of course, Negima!. Negima is cool cuz it mixes and awesome comedy story with developing romance. With the roaring success of Love Hina, I think Negima! will becmome another one of Akamatsu's greatest mangas and will be very successful. I'm a guy, but I think that Chizuru, Asuna, and Ayaka are all pretty funny and cool characters! Have you been reading the recent Kyoto Field Trip arc in the manga?

i also love negima! i like negi because he uses magic and looks older than he is. his outfit is so cool, i want one too! his staff is neat, too. i've only read volume one, though.

Being a guy, I liked Negima! as well.
Although it's set in a school, I don't recommend it for little kids. Lots of panty shots and the like. Chamo the perverted ermine doesn't help either. (although sadly, I'd say out of all the characters, I'm most like him.)

#7 is supposed to come out at the end of this month...

Well, #7 came out and I have to say it was a great read. Pick it up! Some of the plot twists aren't what you'd expect.
