That's from the 11th or 12th Episode of the First Series when they're all in Duellist Kingdom.
Joey is duelling Rex and he's just busted out a card that's worrying Rex.
(As seen in the first one)

The Second one is from the 12th episode - Time Wizard has taken all of Rex's life points and Rex has lost

Rex: I guess you won my star chips huh? T_T

That's from the dubbed version though >> The first one is from the undubbed and the last one is when Joey first brings out Time Wizard.
