I don't seem to think you are the right person, your post was ok, but not that good and you didn't really explain your reasons too well. So, no from me.

I didn't think you were taking it very seriously, that wasn't the impression I got from reading your post. You also seemed to miss out reasons why you should be mod, or didn't have enough, your past experience and such.
