It seemsin E3, sony revealed a device for what appears to be for the PS3. It is called the Eye of Judgement.

This technology will probably be used for alot of card based games like Yu-Gi-Oh, Duel Masters and the one they showed at the demonstration.

No, it isn't MTG. I thing it is to be released with this eye of judgement. But if it is a sony piece of hardware, other games might be used with it.
