Browsing Errors

when i'm in one of the forums, (i'll use RP, because it's where i first discovered this error,) and, none of the ones i'm in are on the first page. so, i scroll down to click on Page 2. it isnt there. it seems to be missing on every forum, and the only way i can browse is to click the "Next Topic" link in one of the threads. is this an error incured by one of the new updates?

at the top and bottom of the page, theres numbers of the pages, but their missing for me i'll get a screen shot now

the page number links are missing. meaning i hafta use the "Topic >>" or "Topic <<" to go to the threads i want to view. and, when i'm in college, its time i need.
