My honest opinion, the onyl reason kakashi Cannot beat Orichimaru, is becasue he is such a lazy ass. Although He is my favorite character. And my Main In all the Naruto tournaments I go to. In the series, he needs to be more serious and train more.

as much as i like kakashi orochimaru could kill him
1:kakashi summons human sized dogs orochimaru summon snakes the size of building plus he can summon hokages(with the sacriface of course)
2:comeon orochimaru took down the third
3:he has chakra level the same as a kage
4:he knows many many more jutsus than kakashi

1.) Kakashi doesn't really train
2.) Orochimaru is a sennin
3.) Orochimaru took down the third hokage AND almost defeated Jiraiya and Tsunade
4.) Yes, Orochimaru knows more forbidden jutsus.
5.) Orochimaru is just so much more stronger than Kakashi could ever be.
