Need help! Which is better?

which is better? Venusaur, Charizard, or Blastoise.

I'm about to start FireRed and I wanna know what to pick.

I always take Squirtle because it's strong agains't fire and can learn moves that are very effective on grass types aswell. ^^

I agree that Charizarg is cool but Blastiose is better strategecly. (idk how to spell)

If you're worried about picking Charmander and facing Brock, know this. Charmander leard Metal Claw, and anti rock move.

i like Charizard the best,but it really all depends on who you like.there are no good or bad choices out of the three.

I'd go with Blasroise or Charizard. I'm not sure about Venasur, I've never had him as a starter, and I don't use the one I have on emerald.
