Best Personality...? Hmm... they're all pretty average to me.
Most of the Characters are all very cliche. The Bad guys all go along the lines of "Evil, Vampiristic, Money/Power-Hungry Fiends" - and all the Protagonists are all for Friendship and Harmony and such.

I personally admire Mokuba in the Original Yu-Gi-Oh! Series. Back when he had Dark Blue-ish hair and Green eyes. (Or - When Seto Kaiba had Green hair and Yami was killing people left, right and centre - anyone watch it? )
He was psychotic and like a miniture version of his older brother; who was equally as evil in that series. It was different from the usual puny sidekick - as Mokuba actually attempted to kill Yugi.
So I think Mokuba's the best Personality; he slowly grows out of his Brother's shadow - and turns into his own person; he still has traits of Seto's, but he's a lot more compassionate then his brother is.

The best personality is Yugi's personality in my opinion. He's just so sweet, thougtful, kind and yet he can also be very brave, persistant and protective to his friends. He's a true friend. Although he can be a little naive sometimes, but on the other hand he's the only one in the anime who can see and find good in everyone.

I agree.. the only original chars are Yami Yugi, Yugi and Ishizu.. As far as the other chars are concerned, they've just kinda dissapointed me..
