The mod application requirements do not state that you have to list your shortcommings. By listing them you drastically decrease your chances of becoming a mod.

This is correct. Go apply for a job and tell them "well I have problems getting up early and I'm always near to miss the bus. But hey, at least I'm honest". Do you think they will employ you then? In fact, if you apply for anything you either have to lie or just leave your shortcomings out.

I would have a big NO for this application. This application is not serious nor professional and to tell you the truth, I am sick of people here who apply just for the sake of fun and to get some attention.
