Well, incestous relationships are taboo for a number of reasons. I'm against them because of the higher rate of genetic disorders and such that usually pop up in the offsprings.

I am totally against them too. It is just not right for siblings to have a sexual relationships. Some of them even go all the way and have kids. It is a taboo.

It's kinda strange too have those type of feelings for a sibling. It was really sad in Angel Sanctuary when Setsuna's sister got killed and he tried to bring her back.

Yes, I find it weird too. I wonder why the anime creators focus on this issue nowadays. It is like every now and then, you find an anime about siblings who have forbidden feelings for each other and end up in bed.

Probably because soceity's more open to that sort of thing now. A few years ago lots of stuff was considered taboo and it wasn't just the sexual stuff. Even heart and bone marrow transplants were considered taboo. Soceity's moving on now, I guess, and exploring different things. When life gets dull, the best thing to do is find something abnormal and explore it.

I totally agree with you. I guess taboo things make people curious and want to know more. I admit that seeing a forbidden feeling growing between siblings makes me glued to the TV screen, though it is inappropriate.

My mom keeps saying that we all have curiosity within ourselves especially when it comes to taboo things.

It'd better be Kaname. I want Zero. But I get the feeling Zero's gonna end up dying in some tragic way.
