Need Help, Need a name of an anime!!!!! cant remember >&l

K, theres this anime ive been trying to find, but i dont know the name, or much about it, ill post what i can and hopefully someone will answer......

a anime, about these guys who piloted these mecha robots that looked like girl goddesses(the mecha machines), and there was one guy who could transform his hair to be light blue and he got super fast, i remeber this girl with cat ears,....in the beginning there was this kid who was a lil overweight, so they exercised him alot o_O and got him ready for training to pilot these Goddess mecha. One of the best and most uncontrollable mechas called out to the kid who could transform his hair light blue, but he couldnt handle it just quite yet, but amazingly he survived. dang.... i really cant remember anymore. plz someone answer o.o, i will be very gratefull.
