Hi, my name is Scott, or kakasensie as everyone calls me, I was just recently sponsored to hold the naruto regionals for south florida!.

Heres are some of the best rules ever!

No banned characters.

NOW HEAR THESE WORDS, IF PEOPLE COMPLAIN THIS WILL BE THE LIST OF BANNED CHARACTERS. THE ONLY WAY THESE WILL BE BANNED IS IF THE MAJORITY WANTS IT TO BE.

possibly some others, I need to experiment more, before i decided along with other people testing playing the characters.

The date had not been set, this is just to give you all heads up.

People from Miami will be making it, as West Palm Beach and Borwars, county. A few freinds will be making it from orlando 4 hour drive *sigh* but they can camp at my house ^^, there my personal friends ^^.

AND MOST OF ALL YONDAIME! YOU BETTER MEKE IT TO FACE SOME ANBU MEMBERS! ^_^, I want to see how good you really are! I think I gave you my cell, on the chat room.

Fee, I havent decided as for the sotre it is being held at The way it works is no entrance fee as far as i am concerned, but 50 percent o the pot will go to thw store. I will try to lower that &&, hopefully ^^
There is also coputers there, to use, DDR and ITG machines!!! ^^ The best and cheapest around ^^

That was my reason, but i have to make two divisions, one for new genins, and another vor pros only, damn my cell, people texting me while im here typing!!! ^^

you should make about 3-4 devisions. (example: genin, chunin, jonin, kage) I hold competitions too(kinda) so I know what i'm doing

nah, people are just starting naruto in the area im goung to, thats why its only 2 ^^, but I will do that ^^

another suggestion because i've played it too (i'm asumung it's narutoment hero 3) that you restrict the jutsu costomization to pros and higher. you can do some pretty wrong things with that.
