I have read it.

I liked the first two books, but to be honest, the three last ones wasn't that funny.. Too much weird things happening without meaning, unnecessary and only making you feel depressed about it..

My major question is: was the man (D. Adams) a genius or just insane? The idea of the books is one thing, but then to really manage to keep everything together, all the places and persons and things happening.. Okay, I shouldn't say they all are really keeped together, but you know what I mean.

Yeah i know what you mean, Like they say, there is a fine line between gineouse and insanity, I think he was kind of teatering in the middle somewhere, there were actually 5 books total in the series, and I loved them all, saved my life those books did lol

They are really special, I have to say. We can say that the world has never seen the equal of those books, they were - and are - the only ones in their category. They give one a new perspective of the world we're living in, not to mention the universe (, Life and Everything :) ), and that can be really good sometimes.

But I have to say that that the part when Artur's love (Something-church?) just disappears during a flight made me sort of depressed, and after that occurrence everything's just fading... I love the books, don't misunderstand me at that point, but I seriously wonder if Mr. Adams himself wasn't that happy during the writing of the last of the books, and that's showing in the text and everything it stands for...

I'm sorry for writing this fuzzy, but I don't think it all in the beginning was meant to end like it did. Okay about the thing that they all were blown up, but none of them having something to be happy about in the end...

Sorry for fuzzying again.

I've heard some rumors about that he should has been writing a book that may had been, may had been not, a likely continuation to the Guide-series, but none knows thanks to that stroke, and we're never to know the truth.

Well, I think he was a awesome man, and let him forever rest in Peace.

Anyway i'm still trying to find the time to so much as understand the books but i love the movie even though both don't really make much sense. Now where in all the fiery pit did that kid Random come from and what for? Such confusion my friends! can someone explain this to me?
