Are the people in that clan incessed because it showed a group of families in one of the episodes and everyone had the byakugan which means they would have to have married someone else from that clan right?

I don't know about that but wouldn't the same thing go for the Uchihas?

this is just a theory and i have no basis on which to back this up except what makes sense

head family - most powerful - (shinobi)
those with family blood - middle (shinobi)
those that serve the clan - workers etc.

all of these would be in a clan and since their would be multiple families. they would probably be working. those that don't have a Keki-genkai are still part of the clan but still work for them but are able to be bred. as well some people might marry outside of the clan bringing in more blood diversity. any in clan marriages would probably be built around who holds a bit Hyuuga blood but is not closer than a first cousin.

as well a clan must be large in order to prevent inbreeding and isnce hyuuga is one of the top clans in Konoha it itself should be large
