I've been reading a "guide" sort of book...

The book's title is Skinny [censored]. I know it's going to be censored but don't blame me for bad language it's a real book and it's quite hillarious. You should read it sometime. It's a guide for savvy girls to become skinny betches. And I know that's a way around the censore but it's a way to prove somewhat what I mean and am talking about. The point of the book is to become skinny and to quit all the things that aren't doing crap for your body. I haven't quite gotten all the way through it yet and I also haven't gotten to the part where you're supposed to exercise but it should be coming up soon. Mostly they are talking about becoming a vegetarian, eating soy, tofu, veggies, and fruits. You're also supposed to drop all forms of caffine, be an ingredient label addict, don't drink milk, don't eat meat, and eat only fruits, veggies, nuts, etc. It's pretty much a PETA book for anyone who loves PETA or wants to get a good laugh in.
