The entire cast is pretty much involved in this in one way or another. Nice Plot, Music, though the animation was about on par as G Gundam...
Have any of you seen Malcolm in the Middle's beginning? You know. Those cartoony things on the tv? The blonde skater and the freakjob standing in the rain? That's from Nazca.

NAZCA - One viewer's review
NAZCA – Reincarnation and martial arts with a twist. The twist being that the players are reincarnated Incas. The premise hooked me but after the first disc I wasn’t sure I was going to invest time in the the whole series but I did and I’m glad. On my scale of one to ten, it’s a 6.5 (6 = Worth watching the entire series.)
The writers did their homework. The kendo sequences were solid and in an Inca scene a leader is riding a llama; horses didn’t make it to the New World until the Conquistadors brought them in the 1500’s. There is also a reference to the Innu, the indigenous people of northern Japan who’s DNA has been traced from Alaska to South America. They had some good stuff to work with. It ‘s too bad they didn’t build a better plot with more engaging characters around it. Plot elements seem to be tossed in at random and things drag now and then.
The action isn’t bad and the animation is better than average for a TV series but the computer-generated sequences are jarring. They just didn’t flow as well as the cell animation. Character designs are strong. I really liked the more detailed and mature look of the faces. Costumes worn by the reincarnated souls manage to give off an “Inca feel” – even if the Incas didn’t have spandex. Personally, I’d love to have seen the guys in loincloths and feathers.
English voice acting is OK. Perhaps we are getting passed the good old/bad old days of crummy English dubs.
The JS Bach Fugue in G Minor opening was a nice change from the usual squeaky pop diva. It’s a spooky piece of music that sets an ethereal mood. I found the soundtrack satisfying all around. When a character moves across screen, you can actually hear his/her voice and feet trail over the audio channels.
Nazca has a 13 and up rating but some of the language can be explicit and one character is pretty sadistic. No nudity and no sex although the bad guy gets pretty forceful with the heroine. Although there were great possibilities for romance there really wasn't to speak of.
