in my opinion shishio
he has more skill and conviction though jubei is more unorthadox and kool, kenshin will not kil so it would be 2 hard for him 2 defeat the other w/o them dying and saito jus cant win

PS: keep in mind that the one with the most skill wins not jus the one that always wins cause hes the main

KENSHIN WOULD WIN, not because he's the main character but because he'd probaly break his promise to potect his friends and the weak

Kenshin would rather die than take another life.
he even offers his life just so enishi will forgive him and be happy. i am afraid shishio is too strong and mercilous. even saito would probly beat kenshin, saito or shishio cant be stopped until they are dead.

NONONONO,
If anything, Shishi-o's condition made him stronger than when he was just the hitokiri. Therefore without his condition he'd be weaker. True Kenshin would not kill and would try to find a way to fight and win without killing. Everyone underestimates Saito, if he were'nt injured from his fight with ensui, his attacks would have been much stronger. Also if saitoh believes you have done wrong, he would uphold his code, and I would vote for saito winning.

any who back to the topic don't you think kenshin whould win, yea yea yea he loved tomoe and hate the fact that he did end up and kill her but the key term here is LOVED he did infact love her i'll give you that much but however it is just like inuyasha in well inuyasha.
He loved kikyou but however dosen't love her again in quite some time cause frist of all she betrayed him she's deid thrid tries to kill him many times or bring him to hell, forth he has kagome whicth gives his lif purpose and loves her more than any thing. this is the same with tomoe as being kikyou kenshin as being inuyasha and kaoru being kagome.

so that was random he has to defeat this dude becaause he has to come back to kaoru which bears his child may i say his name is kenji and he is soo cute awwwww. any who he has to come back he would never forgive himself if he didn't
also i think kaoru would bring him back and chase him all alround japan with her sorwd thingy K

not likely.....he coudn't beat saito in trust(draw)...and shishio beat saito....only reason kenshin managed to beat shishio is because of saito...and shishio's condition
