In this one when hotaru and the other outter senshi was wishing on the stars The Senshi was brougt back to life They still have their Senshi power but they used them to fight crime. But Sailor Moon went back to the 30th century to rule the utopia which was effect by Naraku presence (that's another story) The Scout have jobs that fit thier persona, Like Makoto is a chef, Ami is Jimmy and Rachel's teacher, and Minako is Conan's elementry teacher and soccer coach, etc. So They help Conan Edogawa/Jimmy Kudo in kid form out in a big case. Sailor Venus was the first one to sahow affection to Conan, Sailor Mars start to hide her feelings but in Future stories she start to shed her feelings to Jimmy (sisterly). It stars The Inuyasha Gang, Spiderman and the others in future stories.
