Character Description: Chief Aramaki Daisuke
Chief Aramaki Daisuke is the one who put together Section 9 in order to handle special criminal situations involving kidnapping, homicide and cyberhacking. He is the one who gives orders to Major Kusanagi and her group, he is currently working on the "Laughing Man" situation.
Aramaki is sly and a little shrewd player and has been in the intelligence business for a long time. He always has plans for nearly everything and will go head to head with politicians. Unlike some leaders he cares about those under his command, he will put his own job and even his life on the line to help them out. He has know idea how much corruption runs in the government that employs them.
