Character Description: Bloom Cameron
During the One Year War (Mobile Suit Gundam), Cameron Bloom worked at Side 6 to help maintain the colony's neutrality during the Federation-Zeon conflict. At this time he was engaged to Mirai Yashima, a 18-year old civilian who became the pilot of the Federation assault carrier White Base. After a Zeon engagement near Side 6, Mirai brakes her engagement with Cameron to join her friends on White Base.
Thirteen years later Cameron Bloom reappears as a member of the Audit Bureau at Londenion. He observes a secret peace negotiation between the Federation and Char's Neo Zeon. After scanning several suit cases full of gold meant to be used to purchase the giant mining astroid Axis Cameron informs Londo Bell leader Bright Noa of the deal. Not fully trusting Char, Cameron secretly hands Londo Bell 15 museum piece nuclear warheads knowing full well that he could receive life imprisonment.
