Character Description: Chan Guoming
Years before, Chen Guoming was the deadliest officer that the People's Liberation Army of China ever produced. Specializing in hand-to-hand combat, he was the one who single-handedly wiped-out Valmet's unit, as well as costing Valmet her right eye. The only weapons he used were two bayonets mounted to Czech CZ-52 side arms. Back then, his speed and reflexes were phenomenal, forcing Valmet to train extensively to exceed them when she met him again years later to exact revenge for her slain troops. However, by then Chen was crippled in 2001 due to stepping on a land mine. Since that time, he had prematurely aged so now he appears in his sixties. While still deadly, Chen has to stand on his crippled legs in order to fight.
Years afterwards, Chen, with fellow soldiers Karen Low and Lee at his side, became the head of Daxinghai Gongsi, a Chinese energy company exploring for oil and natural gas in northern Africa. Secretly, though, the company was established by the People's Liberation Army as a means to secure natural resources for China, as well as being a front for arms export for that country.
