Character Profile: Mao

Originally an artillery officer in an undisclosed Asian country, Mao was dismissed from his position when several men under his command were killed in a training exercise he was supervising. Immediately after this, however, he was approached by Koko into joining his squad, which he did quickly.

Among all the bodyguards under Koko's leadership, Mao is the few ones, Ugo being the other, who hasn't ever been in actual combat, although his artillery skills prove to be very valuable. He's also the only one who is married, with two children, a son and a daughter. But Mao has yet to tell his family that he lost his job in the military.
