Character Description: Koko Hekmatyar
Officially, Koko Hekmatyar is the head of HCLI's European and African Logistics division, second only to her brother Kaspar. But secretly, she is one of the most infamous arms dealers in the world. Although at times she can appear charismatic, childish and exuberant, she is really calculating and ruthless, sometimes taking pleasure in seeing her competition killed before her eyes. She is also prone to sleepwalking.
In regards to personal relationships, Koko doesn't seem to reciprocate Valmet's affections towards her. In regards to Jonah, she sees the young boy as somewhat of a little brother despite Jonah despising her for being an arms dealer. She's been also known to maintain her smile, even when facing dire circumstances.
