Character Description: Mrs. Osono
Mrs. Osono is the baker, along with her husband, at the Gutiokipan Bakery. She is Kiki's first friend since Kiki came to Koriko. Mrs. Osono gave Kiki the spare attic room that is attached to the bakery, since Kiki hadn't found anywhere else to stay.
Mrs. Osono is a good, kind-hearted person who is willing to help Kiki whenever she needs her. Mrs. Osono also took care of Kiki when she was sick. Since Mrs. Osono is pregnant, she has Kiki help around the bakery when Kiki's not making deliveries.
