Character Profile: Cecilie von Spitzweg

Cecilie was the last Maou before Yuuri came. While she was Maou there was a great war between demons and humans. Although she was against it, her brother, who was the Regent at the time, pushed for it. Later, she resigned the throne, so she could go on a journey in pursuit of free love. Gwendal, Conrad, and Wolfram are her three children.

Cecilie can use magic as well as fight. She likes using a whip as a weapon when she fights, which isn't all that often. She is a nice person who enjoys being a flirt and the center of attention.
