Character Description: Bill
DJ Bill had found Kim's group in the torpedo pods that had crashed on Radelix and had taken them to his little house.
He normally plays DJ at a disco in the city, and he's known for his loud mouth, which is both a plus and minus for the disco. He's been known to incite riots.
Bill hates the Boskone and the thionite mines they put up, and while he drops Kim off to rescue Buskirk, he starts his biggest riot yet and ultimately gets everyone in the disco to rebel against the Boskone. Kim's efforts help to encourage them, and the eventual intervention of Admiral Haynes are what turn the tables, freeing Radelix.
